As our Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff across all departments. Your daily tasks may include answering phones, filing documents and maintaining records; handling incoming and outgoing mail; scheduling appointments; coordinating travel arrangements; preparing reports; handling correspondence with clients or other companies, ordering office supplies, data entry projects, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Required Education:
Secondary school graduation certificate
Fluent English or Arabic skills

Responsibilities & Skills:
1. Provide administrative support to all departments.

4. Maintain electronic files (e-mail correspondence) using appropriate software; print out documents.
